Healing and Releasing Stress by Saint Germain

Stress is a general word that covers a multitude of feelings and inner experiences. Anxiety, tension, worry, nervousness, and trauma can all be described as stress and yet each can be a completely different experience and have different impacts upon your entire being. Stress can be experienced in certain areas of your body, mind or emotions or as a full body experience. Stress is a reaction within you which can take place due to thoughts, emotions, memories of the past, fears of what could happen, a traumatic situation of the present or can seem to manifest due to situations within your reality. Stress is such a common experience in everyday reality that people believe it to be a normal and natural aspect of existence upon the Earth. There are many types of stress and many ways in which stress can be activated. However, I, Saint Germain, wish to share some insights with you to aid the release and healing of stress within your entire being.

Rather than looking into the causes of stress, I, Saint Germain, wish to engage with the presence of stress within your being, how it influences you while supporting you in releasing stress from your being to recognise the light, truth and presence of the Creator within you.

What is Stress and How is it Impacting Your Being?

The presence of stress creates an appearance of disconnection and separation within your being and to the Creator. You may feel isolated, alone, without support, experience a lack of trust in yourself and the continuous presence of the Creator, a feeling of disconnection with your intuition, conscious mind, guides and true self. Stress can create feelings of wanting to give up, to flee, to hide, to blame the outside world or yourself, to judge yourself and to use anger as your power. When you are experiencing stress, you are unable to relax your entire being and to connect with the guidance and truth within your being. Instead, you act and react from the wounds you are holding within you which causes you more distress, upset and a feeling of separation from others.  Some forms of stress can encourage you to achieve your goals, to move beyond limitations and boundaries. The stress I am speaking of can be continuous and can be paralysing in some way or another.

When stress is apparent within your being, this is a confirmation of a false perception of yourself and/ or surrounds as well as a disconnection from your power and inner guiding light. Your false perception has been created by you to allow you to engage with and recognise wounds you are holding within your being and are ready to be released. The stress you are experiencing is the energy of the wounds fully connecting with you and can also be caused by your unwillingness to recognise the wounds. Your wounds may be from this lifetime or different lifetimes, energy unresolved within your being remains within you trying to find a way to be released or healed. Certain situations occur in your reality or you perceive things in a certain way in order to direct your attention to the energy you are holding onto that requires to be released, bringing you back to balance with yourself and the Creator.

When stress remains and is ignored this can cause a deterioration in the mind, emotional balance and the health and wellbeing of the physical body as well as limiting the way you live your life.

The Purpose of Stress

Stress is a warning that you are energising a false perception, and this is activating a wound within your being. Stress alerts you that healing is required, and a new awareness is waiting to dawn from within you. You could say that stress signals to you that you are ready to move to a new level of awareness of yourself as a spiritual being and expression of the Creator.

There is no need to try to eliminate the reaction of stress within your being as this will only create inner turmoil. If stress is experienced for a few moments and then you react to release the inner wound or energy being activated and recognise the false perception, receiving the true perception then stress has achieved its purpose. When you allow stress to remain within your being for days, months or even years without taking action, then you are misusing the purpose of stress and causing yourself further pain. The more you recognise stress, releasing and healing that which it is directing your attention to, the less stress will manifest because you are addressing and cleansing the wounds within you, therefore experiencing greater peace and balance. Your body or being no longer needs to act with such vigour to get your attention because you are listening to and observing the energies within you and the perceptions you make constantly about yourself and the world around you. Due to a greater connection with your inner balance and peace, you perceive the world within and around you from the space of truth and clarity within you.

Have you ever read something or heard someone say something, reacted negatively only to realise you misread or misheard and interpreted it as something different to the original intention? You are reading or hearing from wounds within you, you are perceiving your reality from those wounds and then reacting from the wounds. It is only when you begin to clear the wounds that you perceive from the truth within you.

Cleansing Stress from Your Entire Being

It is important to experience this practice as much as possible until you notice that when stress activates within you it activates in a calmer way. With repetition, you should notice a sensation of lightness as well as a greater sense of freedom within.

I, Saint Germain encourage you to lie down and state the below invocation, place some crystals of any type around your body as if in the aura of your body beside of you. At the end of the meditation, cleanse the crystals with water, sage smoke, intention or as you wish, to release the stress energy that has been absorbed by the crystals. Achieve this each time. This can also be achieved in a bath of water with some salt added and crystals.

‘Saint Germain, I call upon your Violet and Pearlescent Healing Spiral to cleansing my entire being of the presence and impact of all forms of stress. I allow your Violet and Pearlescent Healing Spiral to move up and down through my being as it spins gently dissolving the presence of stress within my entire being.

Saint Germain surround me with twelve 7^th Ray of Light Angels of Alchemy. I invite the Angels of Alchemy to awaken the light within my being and assist the flow of light throughout my entire being. Please assist in the healing of the presence and influence of stress while aligning me with the truth of the Creator within me.

Saint Germain, I call on your presence and love, please lend me your light and expanded awareness so I may realign to the core and truth of my being while recognising false perception and the messages they wish to share with me. With your light and love pulsing through me, oversee the release and healing of all stress within my being in a beautiful and harmonious way. Reprogram my entire being so I am ready, willing and able to realise that when stress manifests I need to take action and listen within my being to understand the message that will offer to me greater enlightenment.

I recognise Saint Germain, the Violet and Pearlescent Healing Spiral and the twelve 7^th Ray of Light Angels of Alchemy as my trio of support to assist me in releasing stress and its impact upon my being. Help me to understand the purpose of stress within my being and where my attention needs to be directed to. I know I can call on my trio of support to assist me at any time. Thank you.’

Please call upon me whenever you feel the presence of stress, ask me to assist you. Take action and realise you are energising a false perception and a wound within you, that requires to be released, is moving to the surface. Ask yourself what is the message and insight for you to gain to move to the next level of awareness and enlightenment.

The Healing Power of Your Inner Truth by Cosmic Logos Mahatma

To awaken is to remember, to remember is to see, sense or acknowledge, this is an inner knowingness which is often indescribable and yet it can be expressed in numerous unique ways and forms. To know is not to be wise or enlightened, it is to communicate in the means that is appropriate for you with the presence of the Creator within and around you. When you truly communicate, you are existing in harmony with the Creator experiencing balance, peace and love, in truth all that is the Creator. To do so allows you to recognise not only the Creator, who you truly are as an expression and deliverer of the Creator. Your truth is not personal to you; it is an aspect of the Creator your highest self has chosen to channel or deliver forth into the world to interact with others.

Your experiences, memories, painful and happy situations of your past, past lifetimes, present and even future are your creation determined by whether you were focused upon your truth or distracted elsewhere during your creation and experience of the creation in every moment of your life. Some situations and reactions you know would be different, or the results would be changed if you had been connected or focused upon the presence of the Creator delivering forth through your being.

There may be certain situations, experiences or actions of your past, present or that you foresee in the future which remain within your being as painful energies that cause turmoil or you to ignore what is occurring. If unresolved these energies can remain within you your entire lifetime. I, Mahatma, the Cosmic Logos, wish to share with you an insight which may support you in releasing yourself from these burdens while also reconnecting yourself with the beautiful energy of the Creator being delivered through you in this lifetime. The key is to reconnect with the presence of the Creator being delivered through your being; your truth and then allowing yourself to see, sense or acknowledge the Creator through the eyes of your truth. This process will invite you to ask how would your inner truth resolve this situation, experience, pain or whatever you are holding onto? Your inner truth knows how to release limiting energies and the healing that requires to be brought forth. When you engage with your inner truth, giving it power to achieve what is necessary you take the power away from your mind and ego, who will try to resolve situations through the knowledge of your past. Your inner truth will resolve energies you are holding onto by using the highest frequencies of healing, wisdom and divine insights to support you in achieving all that is needed. Thus, the greatest healing possible is available to you, a healing which is transformational. 

It is important to open to these energies and the divine assistance which is ready and waiting for you to receive at this time of ascension. The powerful ascension waves are causing many limiting energies to come to the surface to be released at a quick rate. It is challenging and sometimes overwhelming to deal with this without divine assistance. You are never alone in your ascension and life upon the Earth; your healing can be as quick, powerful and easy as the ascension waves anchoring into the Earth. Surrendering to your inner truth and the energies you are delivering forth from the Creator allows you evolve at a quicker rate.

Often when souls upon the Earth are impatience for their spiritual senses to awaken, their creations to manifest, their healing abilities to awaken or something like this, the impatience is a symptom of needing to surrender to divine assistance in order for limitations to be released and the outcome they desire to manifest. They know they are not far from embodying that which they wish and subconsciously know that limitations need to be released. The opposite to impatience is contentment; contentment comes when you access your inner truth and allow yourself to be an embodiment of this.

Delivering the Energies of the Creator

I, Mahatma, the Cosmic Logos wish you to imagine that you are the central character of a fantasy cartoon. In this cartoon anything is possible. As the central character, you have a mission to visit the Creator, the Essence, Source, God or whatever label you wish to use. You travel in the most appropriate style for your cartoon until you reach the Creator. There you take a moment to absorb how the Creator is portrayed in your cartoon. You walk up to the Creator, and you ask the Creator to give to you and share with you the energy and aspect of the Creator that is most appropriate for you to deliver through you into the Earth and humanity. In the most magical way, as can happen in cartoons, the Creator shares with you this energy, wisdom and understand that is for you to deliver through you and which is also labelled your inner truth. Take a moment to imagine and experience this.

I, Mahatma, have invited you to imagine connecting with your inner truth and the energy your higher self has chosen to deliver from the Creator in cartoon form, so you do not go about the task with the energy of seriousness. The energy your inner truth responds to is playfulness and light-heartedness. You may wish to experience this process many times, so you understand and become familiar with the energy of your truth flowing through your being, recognising the qualities and wisdom it promotes within you.

Releasing Limitations

The more you take time to connect with and familiarise yourself with the energies the Creator delivers through your being, the easier this next process will become. The key is to connect with your inner truth and allow yourself to view any limitations with and through the energy of your inner truth. In doing so you realign your entire being to your inner truth and reconnect the energy that is experiencing separation, so it may transform letting go of the pain or suffering being held within the energy and allowing love and truth to form. This is such a beautiful process as it can be achieved with relative ease and in a quick time.

1.    First take the attention of your mind to your inner truth, the energy of the Creator being delivered through your being. Allow yourself to connect into this energy, so you feel yourself as an embodiment of your truth.

2.    Continuing to connect with your inner truth, the core of your inner truth is revealed to you; this appears as a single eye of light blazing brightly. Imagine you are looking or observing the areas of energy causing limitations within your being through your inner eye. Light is being projected from your inner truth eye to the area of limitations you are focused upon within your being.

3.    Your inner truth eye of light absorbs the energy that is causing limitations, pain, suffering, challenges etc.; this energy is a part of your being that is experiencing separation. The separation is absorbed into your inner eye of truth, so the separation may transform.

4.    Allow your inner truth and knowingness to reveal to you the best way to move forth to bring about the complete healing and resolve the issue you have focused upon on all levels of your being, especially physically and within your physical reality.

Angelic blessings flow to you from my being; I am Archangel Amethyst, the twin flame and feminine aspect of Archangel Zadkiel. We are the angelic representative of the 7^th Ray of Light. It is our mission to support transformation, purification and the dawning of the divine within all upon the Earth. Through our light and the energy we transmit we assist present moment ascension deep within your being.

I come forth to you with Archangel Faith and Archangel Hope; together we create a trinity of angelic light. Our trinity magnifies the light that we transfer and express to you. Archangel Faith is the twin flame of Archangel Michael while Archangel Hope is the twin flame of Archangel Gabriel. Together we create a powerful source of light transmitting qualities of trust, belief and transformation. We believe that together these energies magnify the divine within you and reawaken your remembrance of your truth.

Trust

In order to be as one with the Creator, to recognise the sacred light within your being and bring forth divine guidance, there is a need to trust. Trust in yourself, your abilities, humanity, the presence of the Creator with you and the support of the Creator to provide for you. When you trust you ground yourself, acceptance yourself and feel connected to the world within you and around you. Trust can develop your natural inner essence allowing you to love and respect yourself, feeling you are worthy to be in divine connection and communication with the Creator, whatever form the Creator takes.

Belief

With trust, so belief, hope, certainty, self-assurance and confidence emerge from the essence of your being. As you feel and acknowledge these qualities within your being, so your energy field expands. You become expansive, open, friendly, communicative, generous, outgoing and liberated from illusions and self-hindrance.  You interact with the world within you and around you in a new, positive and loving way which means that you attract the plentiful, abundant and fulfilling energies of the Creator to flow through you and to you. Everything feels magical, synchronised and guided, creating much joy within your being and a deeper connection/observation of the Creator.

Transformation

Embodying trust and belief naturally allows transformations to take place within your being. Old stagnant energies, blockages, limitations and illusions are released through the process of transformation. New or Creator aligned energies then manifest to fill the space of that which has been released. Transformation is the transition of energy within your being from limiting to liberating. When transformation occurs light and information floods your being, quickening the speed of your light and aligning you to higher light inspired aspects of your being. A new sense of self as a divine spiritual being then manifests.

Archangelic Trinity

We, Archangel Amethyst, Archangel Hope and Archangel Faith embody the qualities that can lead you to a greater remembrance of the Creator. We wish to share our light with you to support a powerful release, purification and healing within your being. Many light workers lack trust and this can cause many challenges in their realities, as they try to follow their inner truth and guidance while feeling unsupported in the world and by the Creator. When trust is lacking the overall inner feeling is of being unsupported and fearful. The Creator trusts you completely and absolutely. There is no need for the Creator to doubt you in any way, even if you think otherwise. This means that the Creator supports you in every moment and area of your life. Healing is required within your being, healing your inability to recognise the support, love and presence of the Creator within and around you. With the remembrance of your inner trust and connection with the Creator, so you will recognise how you are in constant communication with the Creator.

We the Archangelic Trinity wish to heal areas of lack of trust within your being, humanity and the Earth. In doing so, belief, hope and transformation will follow and be activated, occurring naturally within all.

Discovering the Strength of Your Trust

In meditation or quiet time, from a state of peace and love within you, ask the below questions to yourself one by one, observing your reactions, thoughts and contemplate whether your truthful answer is ‘yes or no.’ If your answer is ‘yes,’ then ask yourself at what percentage do you trust.

Do you trust the Creator to provide for you all you need and require in your everyday reality?

Do you trust your own abilities and inner guidance?

Do you trust the world around you, both physical and inner planes?

Do you trust yourself?

Acknowledge which question activates the greatest feelings of distrust within you. Then contemplate how this impacts your actions, experiences and daily reality. Does it create patterns or habits that you would like to release? Or inner feelings that stagnate you from achieving your goals? Try to see the presence and manifestation of your lack of trust in your reality. Maybe there is another area not covered in the questions which lacks your trust? Your connection with the lack of trust within you will allow our healing to penetrate deeper as you are already opening yourself up to experience healing.

Experiencing the Archangelic Trinity Healing for Trust

‘I invoke Archangel Amethyst, Archangel Faith and Archangel Hope; the Archangelic Trinity, to be present with me now. With your powerful healing light, please dissolve the energy of lack of trust within me. Help me to access the expansive well of trust within my being, feeling completely supported and loved by the Creator. I am ready to release now the cause of my lack of trust and to remember my true eternal and complete bond with the Creator. From this space of healing, I am able to recognise my belief in the Creator and myself as well as allowing the necessary transformations to take place. Thank you.’

We, three Archangels will come forth. Imagine, sense or acknowledge our presence as a triangle of light which you exist within the centre. The triangle extends above you and into the Earth.

An additional triangle of light as a pillar flows over and through your chakra column.

The third triangle of light penetrates your being as a smaller pillar of light, flowing into an area of your body, aura or a chakra where the lack of trust originated and where it is currently being held. Imagine your lack of trust as a clump of energy which the triangle of light surrounds and embraces. We the three Archangels will be present at the core and cause of your lack of trust. We are the triangle, blazing our light we will release and dissolve your lack of trust as well as all its manifestations or connected energies. Breathe deeply and know that a deep and powerful healing is taking place at the core of your being which will impact the way in which you interact with the Creator and the world around you.

Soul’s Original Intention – The Fairy Dimension by Master Hilarion

I, Master Hilarion wish to share with you a most recent experience from my journeys upon the inner planes of the Creator’s Universe. I am the Chohan and overseer of the 5^th Ray of Light which is an expression of the Creator’s qualities represented by an orange light. The 5^th Ray of Light supports soul discovery and enhancement as well as weaving the divine with science both on the Earth and the inner planes. Along with my passion of guiding souls who come from the Earth and the Creator’s Universe to my ashram, I also enjoy travelling the Universe of the Creator to discover more about this Creator energy which is at the core of each being; labelled the soul. I discover how the soul can be enhanced and how I can guide others to connect on a deeper level with their soul. I am drawn to areas of the Creator’s Universe where light technology is created and experienced. I am always interested in how we can integrate light technology into new developments in science, experiments and inventions upon the Earth. I am especially interested when beings draw upon the divine inspiration of the Creator when contemplating science as this always creates new and unique possibilities for all. All that I discover and connect with I channel into the 5^th Ray of Light so others who connect with or visit the 5^th Ray of Light may benefit from the energy and inspiration.

The Elemental Dimensions

One of my most recent journeys through the Universe of the Creator enabled me to discover more about the soul. When I speak of the soul, I am speaking in general, including your soul, my soul and every soul in existence. My intuition guided me to the Elemental Dimensions, which I like to label the magical kingdom because the Elementals exist more than many within the spiritual dimensions as limitless expressions of the Creator.

Incredibly unique and diverse are the Elementals and those existing within the Elemental Dimensions that they encourage us to perceive the Creator in a completely new, exciting and diverse manner. It is very exciting to be given such freedom within, when entering the Elemental Dimensions. The freedom is always present within; however, the Elemental Dimensions support you in exploring the Creator with greater depth, freedom and expansion. It can be completely mind-blowing. There is a reason why many have forgotten the Elemental Dimensions and try to create an illusion of the Elementals having a low vibration. Entering and connecting with the Elemental Dimensions is often too much for many, they cannot cope with seeing the truth of the Creator so vividly, magnified and in such detail. Some beings discover that everything they once believed can be shattered, because of the expansive nature of the Elemental Dimensions and because of lack of understanding and grounding, they can become lost within the Elemental Dimensions. I, Master Hilarion, have a few pointers that you may wish to retain should you find your soul guiding you to the Elemental Dimensions, these allowed me to enter and return from the Elemental Dimensions.

·       When entering the Elemental Dimensions, there is a need to always first create an intention for your visit. It is important that the intention is specific. Examples, ‘I wish to heal my heart chakra.’ ‘I wish to discover my soul to assist me in my life and spiritual growth now.’ ‘I wish to gain wisdom to assist me in being of service to nature and the Elemental Dimensions.’

·       Ask for the most appropriate being from the Elemental Dimensions to step forth, greet and connect with you to be your guide through the Elemental Dimensions. You may not have previously linked to this being before however, this being is the most appropriate to work with you.

·       Then say, ‘I now allow my soul to direct me within the Elemental Dimensions, my pathway is clear and understanding dawns with ease for me. I am grounded, my mind is open to the truth of the Creator.’

·       Imagine a green and golden orb of light, like a bubble hovering above you. With your intention draw the bubble to your third eye chakra. Allow the green and golden light to merge with your third eye chakra. You will then enter the Elemental Dimensions.

The Fairy Dimension

To continue my story, I, Master Hilarion, entered the Elemental Dimensions with my intention at the forefront of my mind. ‘My intention is to discover and enhance the soul and its presence for all.’ It was a Fairy who came to greet me. The gateway through which I walked was a creation of weaved branches filled with green and golden leaves which appeared as droplets of honey suspended from the branches. She, the Fairy was there to greet me. I could tell she was of feminine vibration, not because of her appearance which was pink and green flashes of light, but because of the energy, she emanated to me. A warmth and comfort surrounded me as I found myself being led through a magical woodland. The Fairy who invited me to call her Yosha stopped me every so often and asked me to look at a plant, tree or the view before me. I would see that it was like a picture painted from light so detailed and creative. Then there was a flash, and it was as if I was seeing behind the picture. I saw the energy constantly moving and vibrating which was forming the picture. With another few flashes, I saw the being who had created the vision before me (a Fairy), their original intention and then I saw nothing only the formless light of the Creator so bright it was breath-taking. Yosha, stopped me many times until the energy and truth of each transition filled my senses.

In the distance, I could see a large ball of light suspended in the air. As we moved closer, I saw that the ball was moving, vibrating and constantly changing. The ball was created by millions of Fairy beings gathering together as if they were having a meeting that they were very excited about. Yosha guided me to walk straight into the ball of light composed of Fairies. I hesitated before doing so asking my soul for reassurance and then I moved forth. It was as if I had walked into another dimension. I found myself sitting on grass surrounded by large rocks of deeply coloured Rose Quartz. Millions of Fairy beings flew in the sky above me and around me. Akin to orbs of light, as I caught sight of one it was as if my third eye extended and moved into embodiment with the Fairy. I found myself flying as the Fairy, understanding their purpose, gifts and qualities. No sooner as I realised what was happening I was back in my own being observing them once more. It was an unusual experience which brought me joy and great understanding. The type of understanding and knowingness that cannot be expressed with words once it has been grasped.

The Wisdom Imparted

Yosha appeared before me. By simply acknowledging her I became her as if my soul was merging with her soul. I heard her voice and vibration pulsating through me. ‘In the truth of the Creator’s Universe, there are no boundaries between souls. Souls merge all the time throughout the Universe of the Creator. The energy you are now doesn’t belong to you. It remains as you recognise it now because of your intention. Is there a core within you which belongs to you alone, describes you and identifies you? The answer to this is both yes and no. Your soul was born from an intention, a vision, thought or expression of energy. That energy merged with other aspects of the Creator building a truth and wholeness. More qualities, energies, love, light and intentions appeared forming the soul more fully. Your essence is born from the synthesis of the Creator’s light. You are a creation of synthesis. This means that there is an original intention within your soul which has been magnified, empowered, expanded and explored. This original intention when discovered and accessed is akin to a key which allows you to exist in harmony with your soul, fulfilling your needs and evolution. The greatest purpose of a soul is Creator synthesis. Each soul has a different synthesis intention to discover, explore and express the Creator fully.

Accessing Your Soul’s Original Intention

Accessing the original intention of your soul can enable your manifestation and creation abilities to be magnified and empowered. We, the fairies, wish to share with you Hilarion a prayer of truth which we invite you to share with others.

‘I invite my soul, soul group, guides and the Creator to hear me now. I wish to discover my soul’s original intention. The intention that acted as a seed for the energy that I am now as my truth and highest essence. Please filter with clarity into my mind, awareness and heart my soul’s original intention. I know that this intention will be simple and may not even seem that profound as everything that is the Creator is always simple. I am willing to accept the simplicity of my soul’s original intention. I invite myself to become aware of my soul’s original intention in the coming week. Thank you.’

Hilarion, remind souls that when they access their original intention, whether they are conscious of it or not, it can bring great realisation about life, the spiritual journey and purpose. Then when they manifest projecting their energy from their soul into their reality, they will have the power of their soul’s original intention which will advance their manifestation skills and encourage them to experience fulfilment.’

Yosha, continued for some time and I, Hilarion simply sat enjoying the energies, light and activations which were taking place within my entire being.
